Shipping Policy
At Frankie Loves, we want your order to get to you quickly, safely, and with as little impact on the planet as possible.
Some of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse, while others may be sent straight from our suppliers. This helps us reduce unnecessary transport and packaging, getting your items to you faster while lowering the carbon paw-print of every order.
Orders within Australia
- We currently ship Australia-wide.
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD.
- Orders under $100 AUD: flat rate shipping of $9.95 AUD.
- Some products may qualify for free shipping regardless of order total (this will be clearly noted in the product description).
If you are outside Australia and keen on Frankie Loves, please reach out, we’d love to log your interest and may be able to provide an international shipping quote in the future.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
- Orders in stock are usually dispatched within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Handmade or special products may have longer lead times, these will be noted in the product description.
- Delivery times: 2–7 business days (longer for rural/regional addresses).
- Please allow extra time during peak periods (public holidays, sales events, or Christmas).
Tracking
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email once payment is received.
- A second email will be sent once your order is packed and shipped, including your tracking details.
- Once your order leaves us, delivery is handled by third-party carriers, unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for shipping delays once it’s on its way.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is supplied and your order is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for paying a second shipping fee to have it resent.
