At Frankie Loves, we want you and your pup to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not 100% happy, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, unless they are faulty.

Exchanges

Want to swap for another size or colour?

  • Simply lodge a return as above and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
  • This helps ensure you get the correct product quickly without waiting for the return to process first.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong product, please contact us right away at hello@frankieloves.world
  • We’ll organise a replacement or refund as soon as possible — at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item).
  • If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
